Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all wholesale purchases made from YG Shoes. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Wholesale Order Nature

All products sold by YG Shoes are wholesale bulk orders manufactured or prepared according to confirmed specifications, quantities, and styles. Due to the nature of wholesale production, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quality Issues and Manufacturing Defects

YG Shoes takes product quality seriously. If you receive products with manufacturing defects or quality issues, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided for evaluation.

Once the issue is confirmed by our quality team, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement of defective products in the next shipment; or

  • Partial refund corresponding to the defective quantity; or

  • Credit toward a future order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Orders returned due to market changes, overstock, or personal preference;

  • Minor differences in color, material texture, or finishing that do not affect product functionality or resale;

  • Size or style selection errors made by the buyer;

  • Damage caused during transportation, storage, or handling after cargo release;

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, shipping schedules, or force majeure events.

Shipping, Customs, and Import Taxes

YG Shoes is responsible for export clearance only. All shipping arrangements, customs clearance, import taxes, duties, and local fees are the responsibility of the buyer or their appointed logistics partner. Any costs incurred during customs clearance or due to incorrect import documentation provided by the buyer are non-refundable.

Inspection and Acceptance

Buyers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon arrival at the destination port or warehouse. Failure to report quality issues within the stated timeframe will be deemed as acceptance of the goods.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation and will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed between both parties. Bank fees, transaction charges, and currency exchange losses are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

YG Shoes reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will be published on our website or shared upon request.
